{"id":784,"date":"2022-08-02T08:47:48","date_gmt":"2022-08-02T08:47:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/?p=784"},"modified":"2022-08-02T08:48:46","modified_gmt":"2022-08-02T08:48:46","slug":"ley-de-proteccion-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/?p=784","title":{"rendered":"Aprobada la nueva ley de protecci\u00f3n animal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado este lunes en segunda vuelta la&nbsp;ley de protecci\u00f3n animal impulsada por el Ministerio de Derechos Sociales y Agenda 2030, que&nbsp;<strong>eleva las penas por maltrato, abandono y sacrificio de animales<\/strong>, seg\u00fan precisa el Departamento ministerial que lidera&nbsp;<strong>Ione Belarra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La portavoz del Gobierno,<strong>&nbsp;Isabel Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, lo ha anunciado destacando su funci\u00f3n de \u00ab<strong>proteger y garantizar el bienestar animal<\/strong>\u00ab, as\u00ed como de \u00ab<strong>asentar las bases para un marco legal com\u00fan<\/strong>\u00bb en toda Espa\u00f1a, puesto que consideran a los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda \u00abun miembro m\u00e1s de las familias\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto legislativo ha vuelto as\u00ed&nbsp;al Consejo de Ministros seis meses despu\u00e9s de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtve.es\/noticias\/20220218\/matar-animal-supondra-dos-anos-prision-ley-proteccion-acabara-sacrificio-mascotas\/2292124.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;la primera aprobaci\u00f3n<\/a>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>est\u00e1 listo para iniciar su tramitaci\u00f3n parlamentaria<\/strong>. Se trata de una de las iniciativas centrales para Unidas Podemos, socio minoritario de la coalici\u00f3n, que ya demand\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado su agilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta primera ley de derechos animales \u00abnos hace m\u00e1s humanos\u00bb al acabar con la \u00abimpunidad\u00bb de los maltratadores, con&nbsp;<strong>penas de c\u00e1rcel y multas que podr\u00e1n llegar a los 200.000 euros<\/strong>, ha aseverado a los medios en un v\u00eddeo la ministra Belarra. \u00abLa gran mayor\u00eda de nuestra sociedad cuida, quiere y respeta a los animales y queremos que nuestro pa\u00eds tenga una legislaci\u00f3n a su altura\u00bb, ha a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los cambios principales que introduce la ley?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el departamento que dirige Ione Belarra destacan que se trata de&nbsp;una norma \u00abpionera\u00bb&nbsp;para \u00abproteger y garantizar\u00bb los derechos de los animales, estableciendo un marco legal com\u00fan para el conjunto del territorio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Se endurecen las penas por maltrato animal,&nbsp;que en caso de resultado de muerte llega a penas de hasta los 24 meses, que se elevar\u00e1n hasta los 36 meses en el caso de que concurra m\u00e1s de un agravante. En esta medida&nbsp;se incluye&nbsp;a todos los animales vertebrados&nbsp;(por ejemplo, jabal\u00edes), cuyo maltrato no conllevaba \u00abning\u00fan reproche penal\u00bb hasta ahora, ha destacado el ministerio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Queda prohibido&nbsp;sacrificar&nbsp;animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda,&nbsp;salvo por motivos sanitarios y eutan\u00e1sicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Todos los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda deber\u00e1n estar identificados. Todos los perros ser\u00e1n considerados \u201cde compa\u00f1\u00eda\u201d, si bien los canes \u00abde trabajo\u00bb -por ejemplo, los perros gu\u00eda, polic\u00eda, de caza o pastores- contar\u00e1n con disposiciones adicionales que regular\u00e1n su actividad de forma independiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-La cr\u00eda solo podr\u00e1 ser ejercida por criadores registrados y profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Queda prohibida la comercializaci\u00f3n de perros, gatos y hurones en las tiendas de mascotas, as\u00ed como su exhibici\u00f3n y exposici\u00f3n al p\u00fablico con fines comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Se proh\u00edben los circos con animales salvajes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Los zoos y delfinarios se reconvertir\u00e1n en centros de recuperaci\u00f3n de especies aut\u00f3ctonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Se proh\u00edbe la utilizaci\u00f3n de animales en actividades y espect\u00e1culos en los que puedan sufrir da\u00f1o o muerte, como las peleas de gallos o el tiro al pich\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 animales quedan excluidos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta reforma legal quedan excluidos los animales de los&nbsp;<strong>espect\u00e1culos taurinos<\/strong>, los<strong>&nbsp;animales de producci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>y los&nbsp;<strong>animales de experimentaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, incluida la docencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, s<strong>\u00ed quedan incluidos los perros de caza<\/strong>, que deber\u00e1n quedar inscritos como tal en el nuevo Registro de Animales de Compa\u00f1\u00eda y deber\u00e1n estar vinculados a la licencia de caza de su titular y&nbsp;<strong>prev\u00e9 la esterilizaci\u00f3n de estos<\/strong>&nbsp;si se mantienen en el exterior de viviendas o pueden tener contacto no controlado con otros, entre otras medidas o si conviven en el mismo espacio canes de distinto sexo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado este lunes en segunda vuelta la&nbsp;ley de protecci\u00f3n animal impulsada por el Ministerio de Derechos Sociales y Agenda 2030, que&nbsp;eleva las penas por maltrato, &hellip; <a href=\"https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/?p=784\" class=\"more-link\">Leer m\u00e1s<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":785,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-784","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualidad","entry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.9 -
