De este asunto hemos hablado en varias ocasiones en<em>&nbsp;Psicolog\u00eda y Mente<\/em>, pero todav\u00eda no nos hemos hecho eco de una de las preguntas recurrentes sobre este tema:<em>&nbsp;\u00bfQu\u00e9 g\u00e9nero practica m\u00e1s la infidelidad?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, podemos plantearnos otras dudas alrededor de lo mismo: \u00bfsienten m\u00e1s culpa los hombres o las mujeres cuando cometen una&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/psicologiaymente.com\/pareja\/ciencia-infidelidad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>infidelidad<\/strong><\/a>? \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los motivos que llevan a cometer adulterio a unos y otros? Hoy vamos a profundizar en este espinoso tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Infidelidad: \u00bfes una cuesti\u00f3n de sexo(s)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parece ser que los tiempos han cambiado, y tambi\u00e9n en lo que afecta a las relaciones sexuales. Una encuesta publicada por&nbsp;<em>SexPlace<\/em>&nbsp;revela que,&nbsp;<strong>por lo menos en Espa\u00f1a, las mujeres ser\u00edan m\u00e1s infieles en promedio que los hombres<\/strong>. Quedar\u00eda desmentido, a la lumbre de estos datos, la creencia popular de que son los hombres los que m\u00e1s suelen &#8216;poner los cuernos&#8217; a sus parejas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las mujeres enga\u00f1an m\u00e1s&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La encuesta se realiz\u00f3 mediante una muestra de 500 personas que contestaron de forma an\u00f3nimo a una serie de preguntas relacionadas con sus relaciones sentimentales y la infidelidad. Los resultados, aunque ajustados, nos pueden indicar una tendencia curiosa:&nbsp;<strong>el 52% de las mujeres reconocieron haber sido infieles a su pareja o ex-pareja en alguna ocasi\u00f3n<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre el g\u00e9nero masculino, \u00absolamente\u00bb el 48 por ciento de los hombres dijo haber enga\u00f1ado en alguna ocasi\u00f3n a su pareja sentimental del momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fantas\u00edas y otras motivaciones para cometer adulterio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La encuesta tambi\u00e9n arroj\u00f3 otros datos de inter\u00e9s que muestran algunas diferencias significativas entre el comportamiento sexual extramatrimonal de los hombres y de las mujeres. Por ejemplo,&nbsp;<strong>hasta un 80% de las f\u00e9minas admiti\u00f3 haber tenido<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/psicologiaymente.com\/sexualidad\/todo-sobre-fantasias-sexuales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>fantas\u00edas sexuales<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<strong>con alg\u00fan compa\u00f1ero (o compa\u00f1era) de su entorno de trabajo<\/strong>. Amplia coincidencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La encuesta tambi\u00e9n pudo comprobar como las mujeres se sienten m\u00e1s vinculadas sentimentalmente en sus aventuras, mientras que los hombres son m\u00e1s propensos a cometer infidelidad&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/psicologiaymente.com\/sexualidad\/efecto-coolidge-parejas-sexuales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>con el mero objetivo de satisfacer su deseo sexual con una persona nueva<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La psicolog\u00eda detr\u00e1s del enga\u00f1o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otras motivaciones que llevar\u00edan a algunas personas a tener relaciones \u00edntimas a espaldas de sus parejas estar\u00edan relacionadas con el ego, la necesidad de sentirse \u00abm\u00e1s hombres\u00bb o \u00abm\u00e1s mujeres\u00bb al tener contactos con otras personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el estudio destac\u00f3 que otra raz\u00f3n habitual para cometer infidelidad es la sensaci\u00f3n de ser poco valorados por sus actuales parejas, o la poca periodicidad y calidad de las relaciones \u00edntimas junto a la pareja habitual.
