{"id":667,"date":"2022-06-08T09:17:33","date_gmt":"2022-06-08T09:17:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/?p=667"},"modified":"2022-06-13T07:50:32","modified_gmt":"2022-06-13T07:50:32","slug":"condenado-el-exalcalde-de-ceuti-por-prevaricacion-administrativa-en-el-caso-polideportivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/?p=667","title":{"rendered":"Condenado el exalcalde de Ceut\u00ed por prevaricaci\u00f3n administrativa en el \u00abCaso Polideportivo\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La secci\u00f3n 2 de la Audiencia Provincial de Murcia ha condenado a quien fue alcalde de Ceut\u00ed durante 28 a\u00f1os,&nbsp;<strong>Manuel Hurtado<\/strong>, a 15 meses de c\u00e1rcel, 2.250 euros de sanci\u00f3n y 15 meses de inhabilitaci\u00f3n especial para todo empleo o cargo p\u00fablico al confirmar que hubo delito de prevaricaci\u00f3n administrativa en el llamado &#8216;<strong>Caso Polideportivo<\/strong>&#8216;, una trama de irregularidades en la adjudicaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n del centro deportivo&nbsp;<strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Camacho&nbsp;<\/strong>en el a\u00f1o 2003<strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El socialista&nbsp;<strong>Manuel Hurtado&nbsp;<\/strong>ocup\u00f3 el bast\u00f3n de mando de Ceut\u00ed desde el primer mandato de la democracia, en 1979, hasta el a\u00f1o 2007.&nbsp;La sentencia ha sido notificada este lunes tras concluir un juicio que comenz\u00f3&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/murciaplaza.com\/los-peritos-del-caso-polideportivo-afirman-que-el-proyecto-de-manuel-hurtado-era-correcto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">en marzo de este a\u00f1o<\/a>. El fallo no es firme y contra \u00e9l cabe interponer recurso de casaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"976\" height=\"732\" src=\"http:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/alcalde-ceuti-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-669\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/alcalde-ceuti-2.jpg 976w, https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/alcalde-ceuti-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/alcalde-ceuti-2-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 976px) 100vw, 976px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El tribunal considera probado que el condenado encarg\u00f3 a dedo por valor de 1.883.263 euros las obras del centro deportivo sin cumplir con los principios de concurrencia y publicidad, \u00aba sabiendas de la falta de licitaci\u00f3n y concurso p\u00fablico que era preciso a la vista del tipo de contrato de que se trataba\u00bb y \u00absin que conste m\u00e1s asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico que el verbal de Antonio C. sobre la idoneidad de tal proyecto y presupuesto\u00bb, inobservando \u00abtodo tipo de procedimiento administrativo alguno\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra, inaugurada el 10 de diciembre de 2003 en un acto con presencia p\u00fablica, -seg\u00fan recoge la sentencia- \u00abfue enteramente subcontratada por el adjudicatario, en contra de la normativa de contrataci\u00f3n que impide la subcontrataci\u00f3n del 100% de la obra y todas las facturas referidas se presentaron al Ayuntamiento de Ceut\u00ed por El Corte Ingl\u00e9s SA, en total 1.967.382,49 euros de deuda contra\u00edda por el Consistorio\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La secci\u00f3n 2 de la Audiencia Provincial de Murcia ha condenado a quien fue alcalde de Ceut\u00ed durante 28 a\u00f1os,&nbsp;Manuel Hurtado, a 15 meses de c\u00e1rcel, 2.250 euros de sanci\u00f3n &hellip; <a href=\"https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/?p=667\" class=\"more-link\">Leer m\u00e1s<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":668,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-667","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualidad","entry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.9 -
