Durante el mes de marzo se firmaron&nbsp;<strong>43.378 pr\u00e9stamos sobre viviendas en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, un 18% m\u00e1s que hace un a\u00f1o. En la Regi\u00f3n se formalizaron&nbsp;<strong>1.291<\/strong>, lo que representa un 16% m\u00e1s que en marzo de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son los&nbsp;<strong>n\u00fameros m\u00e1s altos desde el a\u00f1o 2011<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/se-vende-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-651\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/se-vende-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/se-vende-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/se-vende-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/se-vende-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/thaderradiofm.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/se-vende.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n aumenta el capital prestado y la media por hipoteca fue de&nbsp;<strong>145.715 euros en Espa\u00f1a y de 94.765 en Murcia<\/strong>.<br>En las hipotecas constituidas sobre viviendas, el&nbsp;<strong>tipo de inter\u00e9s medio es del 2,53% y el plazo medio de 25 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 27,3% de las hipotecas se constituyeron a&nbsp;<strong>tipo variable y el 72,7% a tipo fijo<\/strong>.
