Las<\/strong> primeras medidas para evitar las estafas telef\u00f3nicas de suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad o por SMS entran en vigor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las primeras medidas anunciadas por el Gobierno para evitar las estafas telef\u00f3nicas de suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad o por SMS han entrado en vigor<\/strong> este mes de Marzo. El objetivo es garantizar la identificaci\u00f3n de los n\u00fameros<\/strong> de atenci\u00f3n al cliente y llamadas comerciales , seg\u00fan ha informado el Ministerio de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ahora, las compa\u00f1\u00edas tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de bloquear llamadas y SMS de n\u00fameros que no tengan identificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, asignados o atribuidos a un servicio, a un operador o a un cliente, por ejemplo los n\u00fameros que empiezan por 3 o por 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De este modo, los n\u00fameros 800 o 900 tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00e1n utilizar para realizar llamadas comerciales, hasta ahora solo pod\u00edan recibirlas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Mayo entrar\u00e1n en vigor el resto de las medidas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El 15 de Mayo entrar\u00e1n en vigor la prohibici\u00f3n de realizar llamadas comerciales desde un tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil, ahora se tendr\u00e1n que realizar desde numeraci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, desde n\u00fameros designados espec\u00edficamente para ello o desde los n\u00fameros 800 o 900.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ese mismo d\u00eda entrar\u00e1 en vigor la obligaci\u00f3n a los operadores de bloquear llamadas y SMS de origen internacional que se ocultan bajo un n\u00famero espa\u00f1ol, salvo las de \u201croaming\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Habr\u00e1 que esperar un a\u00f1o<\/strong>, hasta el 15 de Mayo de 2026, a consecuencia de su complejidad, para la creaci\u00f3n de un a base de datos de c\u00f3digos alfanum\u00e9ricos<\/strong>, muy utilizados como identificativos ,en lugar de n\u00fameros de m\u00f3vil, por empresas y administraciones, que ser\u00e1n a partir de esa fecha registrados por la CNMC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Ministerio quiere aumentar la protecci\u00f3n de usuarios y compa\u00f1\u00cdas ante los crecientes fraudes, a trav\u00e9s de este tipo de estafas. Seg\u00fan su titular, el Ministro de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital, Oscar L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, \u201cestas medidas est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para mejorar la seguridad de la ciudadan\u00eda y dotarlas con herramientas para identificar posibles estafas, As\u00ed mismo, facilitan la identificaci\u00f3n de llamadas comerciales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCon la base de datos alfanum\u00e9rica se protege el nombre de las compa\u00f1\u00edas o entidades y se localiza de forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y eficaz cualquier intento de suplantaci\u00f3n\u201d afirma el titular de la cartera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Ministerio subraya que este tipo de fraudes se han incrementado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan informes del Banco de Espa\u00f1a, el Ministerio del Interior o el Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad (INCIBE), causando importantes p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas a empresas, particulares y organismos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
